The mainstay of our equipment is our automatic welder. This welder was custom made for our shop and is fully programmable to meet our ever expanding customer demands. This machine does the work of 20 sewing stations in seconds!

at one time up to 10 feet wide.

SLITTER / REWINDER

Providing us with another competitive edge is that we have our own Slitter / Rewinder. This saves time, extra labor and shipping costs which means LOWER COSTS to our customers.

We can custom cut plastic, paper, vinyl, Sunbrella and most all flatwork materials to your specific width.

MATERIAL CUTTING

We have 2 dedicated cutting tables. Our main table is a fully automatic, remote controlled machine with KM cutting knives.

COMPUTER AIDED PLOTTER

We can take your CAD files and cut material perfectly according to your drawings. We can also help you with your designs. This is state of the art equipment utilizing the latest software on the market.
